At Genesis, we want your kids to get something real out of their youth group. A youth ministry should not simply be a series of fun and silly events, and the pastor of a youth group should not simply be an activities director. We want your kids to have a real experience with their almighty and loving God during their tenure with the youth group. However, this is not simply up to the youth pastor to make it happen. At Genesis, we believe that Parents are primarily responsible for the spiritual growth of their children, with the assistance of the church. We want your students to have a deep experience with their God during their time with the Genesis youth group, and would like to partner with you to make that happen. The Genesis youth group strives to bring students to God by keeping four main goals. Every event, meeting, trip, or camp should meet at least one of these five goals.
