At Genesis Church, we have have multiple ways to give. Through your time and your finances. Both of which help us continue to serve the great community of Eureka and beyond. Browse the Get Connected area for more information.
We're always in need of people to serve in various areas. The three biggest areas where we can always use people are Sunday mornings, Genesis Kids, and managing the various technologies that come with running a modern church.
Pulling off our Sunday morning services takes a lot of work. Since we are a distributed church, that means we need to set up and tear down, each, and every Sunday. There are numerous places where you can serve here.
It seems like were getting new kids on a weekly basis. This is great, but we need people to take care of all of these new additions each week.
Being a modern church, means making use of technology. That means running soundboards, multimedia displays, tablets, Sunday morning digital presentations, web servers, and the websites on those web servers.
Your financial giving helps us keep the lights on, support our missional partners, plant churches, and serve Eureka in various capacities.
We collect offerings on weekly basis, but let's get honest. We're in an increasingly cashless society. Most of us hardly use checkbooks anymore, let alone remember to bring it or a check on Sunday mornings.
If you find yourselves in this position there are two ways to continue to give. First, most banks these days have free bill pay solutions. These allow you to pay your bills without ever having to write a check. You can usually use this service to pay anyone or any company, including Genesis Church. Simply log in to your bank, and tell them to mail a check to the address at the bottom of this page.
We have an option for online giving, that allows you to give securely through your debit or credit card. Simply visit Genesis Church Online Giving. We use a combination of Planning Center Online Giving and Stripe to handle our giving. You should note that Planning Center Online Giving does not use a password based login system. This is a new, and growing, trend in online security. If you'd like more information on this practice, you can read about it here.
