Agapeseis

The vision of Genesis Church flows out of a few key elements that form the compound that is our church. Simply put, just as the fusion of hydrogen and oxygen atoms forms water, we believe that our intentional commitment to a few key ideas will lead us to be a disciple-making church. As we planted Genesis Church, one of our tag lines was that we wanted to be a place with a great commitment to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. We thought it would be catchy to have all these GCs lined up. While some thought this a little cheesy, the idea remains---we want to be a church that makes disciples. This means our desire is to see a community of people who love God with all that they are and love their neighbors as they love themselves. And, we want to be a community of faith that is committed to Jesus' Great Commission to go and make disciples of all nations.
