Go to the gym and get yourself a personal trainer, and the first thing he or she will do is to work with you to create a plan to build up your body. The trainer will ask questions to help you discover what you want out of your workouts, and the intended goal after you exercise over a season of life. They will then give you clear exercises, weight lifting, and diet instructions to help you on your body-building excursion. But, it doesn't end there, now you have to do the plan, with a little accountability to the trainer. God also has a body-building plan, a way to develop His body to make it fit, keep it strong, and give it endurance. Ephesians 4 has this plan, and a call to the church to implement this plan so that we can all grow up into Christ.
