Chaos and God’s Sovereignty

Jul 25, 2010 • Mike Hubbard • Series: Top Ten List

Life is chaotic and crazy! We feel pressure created by the pace of life, and find that so much in our lives feels random and out of control. And all of us have situations where things have happened that just do not make sense. This includes stories of suffering, personal loss, illness, and loved ones who have passed on. From our vantage point it is often hard for us to believe that God is sovereign and has things under control. Does God get caught off guard sometimes? Does he have situations that make him feel out of control? In our Top Ten Series, the question this we will try to tackle in this sermon is, "If God is in control, why do things out of control seem to happen all the time?"
