God’s Story - The Exodus

Apr 7, 2013 • Michael Shattuck • Series: One Story. One Hero. One Mission.

The story begins with a huge number of Jewish people living in slavery in Egypt, and it ends with God's people walking across the bottom of a vast sea on dry ground. In between, there are warnings, plagues, a great feast, and the death of a significant number of Egyptian children. The story of the Exodus and Passover in Exodus is the key event in the Old Testament. God acted on behalf of His people, He keeps His promises, and displays His own greatness to them and the rest of this. This morning we are in for a special treat as Michael Shattuck preaches and shows us the great God of the Exodus story.
