The best way to work out our Spiritual legs is to do deep knee bends (I know, sort of a Jesus juke). But, prayer is vital for the life of the believer. The model prayer given by Jesus (also known as the Lord's Prayer or "Our Father") as a rhythm for our prayer and not as a mantra to be recited. Jesus was teaching his disciples how to pray, and this morning we hope to give practical advice for both developing the discipline of prayer and our proper approach to God in prayer.
