Mission

The journey, that would eventually become Genesis Church, began over 10 years ago with three families, and a simple vision. We wanted to be a people with a great commitment to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. In fact, with the name Genesis Church, we thought for a moment about the idea of GC to the fourth power, but eventually realized there was a bit of cheesiness in that. Still, our commission is simple. We want to be a place that loves God, loves people, and makes disciples. That mission remains central to us here. This morning we begin a series looking at our core values, and the first value we will examine is Mission.
