Martin Luther brought the Protestant Reformation by nailing the 95 Theses to the door of the church in Wittenburg, Germany. The very first of these declared that Jesus had willed that all of life for the believer is one of repentance. Repentance is part of the initial step of faith when someone becomes a follower of Jesus, and for the Christian repentance is the way we make progress in the Christian life. This morning, Weston Ely will be preaching as a part of our series on Nehemiah on the topic of prayer and repentance in life.
