On Target Parenting: Let Go At The Right Time

Sep 27, 2009 • Mike Hubbard • Series: On Target Parenting

Every parent dreads the day, the early Fall afternoon when they will drop their older teen off at a college campus and then drive away. Letting go is a part of parenting, and the process begins in stages within a few hours after birth. Parents who have the Gospel as their purpose in parenting will realize the importance of helping their children learn how to discover God's will as they move through differing stages of freedom. This morning we will talk about training kids in the way that they should go, so that when they are old they will not depart from it.
