One Generation Away

We are going to do a little time jump in our study of Nehemiah, moving forward at least 13 years and several chapters. In this time jump we will find that the reforms and revival that came to God’s people after the completion of the walls did not last long, with the primary reason being that they were not careful to pass their faith on to their kids. What legacy will our generation and our church leave? On this day when we honor our moms we are going to think about the truth that our Christian faith is just one generation away from collapse if we do not take seriously God’s plan for marriage and family.
