Out With the Old

Nothing quite like getting out of nasty, dirty old clothes and putting on a set of fresh garments. Saw it happen several times this week as people came off construction jobs, dirty as can be. But, a trip into their rooms, a quick thumbing through a suitcase, and the next thing you know, they come out refreshed, clean, and ready for the next job. The same is true of life for people who experience the joy of knowing Jesus. Even though they are a new person, they need to change the clothes of their attitudes, activities, and relationships, and put on the new clothes of Christ. And, the truth is, this is something we need to do everyday.
