Since 2006, our mission as a church has centered on the desire to be a church committed to the Great Commandment and Great Commission. It is our hope to see people rescued by Jesus who will grow to love God and neighbor more and more. To accomplish this, we must be a people on mission---and Jesus is clear about that mission. The command is to make disciples who make disciples. The process is also clear---the church is to be a going, baptizing, and teaching community. We go on mission in the world with the Gospel, baptize those who come to faith, and teach them all that Jesus commanded. If we do this the way Jesus prescribed, it becomes a beautiful cycle. The outcome, when we are truly making disciples, is that they too will become going believers who join the mission.
