Prayer

Prayer is often simple to explain and really difficult to do. But, there is a clear connection between the dependence of God's people as they cry out to Him in prayer and the great acts of God in sending His power for mission. This morning Darin Slater will be preaching on our Core Value of Prayer - A place that believes prayer tapes into the heart of a great God. Darin is our Deacon who leads our Prayer Ministry Team. Today you will hear that we want Genesis to be a people of prayer. So, we will plan prayer on every level of our church with multiple opportunities to regularly pray together. But, we will also learn that true prayer must flow from hearts that are deeply impacted by the Gospel who desire to know their God and depend on Him.
