Science and religion. It often seems like battle lines are drawn and emotions get high quickly when these issues collide. People of faith tend to enter discussions on science with an eyebrow raised and defenses up. On the other hand, the Christian belief in creation and miracles presents a challenge to some scientific-minded people who believe these things have been disproven by science.
