Suffering: If God is good, why is there so much evil in the world?

Pretty much any discussion about issues of doubt will inevitably come to the question of suffering and evil. “If God is all powerful, and God is good, how can evil exist?” For some, the question is a philosophical one, raised because they see suffering in the culture as a result of hurricanes, wars, diseases, or poverty. But for others this question is a deeply personal one because they have personally suffered greatly, or have had family members go through the fire of suffering. Our goal is to discover that in the incarnation and cross of Jesus, God has actually given great resources both for answering the question, but also for times of great pain.
