The Gift of Hope

We all want to find something that will make sense of the world and give us the hope for something better ahead. But is this just wishful thinking? Where can we find hope when life is hard and death is certain? Christian hope is more than an active imagination longing for something out of reach. The gift of hope is the reality that we can know for certain that we are not alone in our suffering, we are being changed into new people, and our final destination is secure. More importantly, this hope comes because Jesus, through His presence, is with us always.
