The God Who Dwells with His People

Apr 12, 2015 • Mike Hubbard • Series: I Am

A God tells His story through the interaction with the Hebrew people. He gives us pictures and images that help us understand who He is and how He relates to people. The Tabernacle is on of those images. God tells His people to build a tent that can be assembled and broken down as they travel toward the Promised Land. This tent would be vitally important, because it would be here that God will meet with His people. Every item in the Temple teaches us about the God who desires relationship with His people and shows us how we might approach our God. And, every item in the Tabernacle is an arrow pointing to something greater than itself.
