The True Bread of Life

Today the series continues with John 6:22-35, which is a favorite passage of Genesis Church Elder John Parke. He recently completed a class called the Preaching Cohort and this will be his first sermon. The gospel of John was written by one of the people who spent the most time with Jesus during his earthly ministry. Besides witnessing many miracles that Jesus performed, John heard many conversations that Jesus had with the people that He encountered. Today's scripture is a portion of one of those conversations. The lesson of the sermon is that Jesus is the true bread of life for all who believe in Him as Savior.Belief in Jesus provides sustenance for our souls and impacts us for all of eternity.
