What We Go and Tell

The Christmas story is amazing, full of warm moments and grace. The song Go Tell it on the Mountain is a reminder that, like the angels, we have the incredible opportunity to make the story of Jesus' birth known. But, the Christmas story is about more than a cuddly baby in a bed of straw. It is the climactic moment of God's story as told in Scripture, as God sent His Son into the world, and the way "God sent us salvation, this blessed Christmas morn." Yet, those around us may not know the story, or do not realize how the simple story of Christmas brings salvation, so we need to share the news.
